Further, each chat folder supports multiple invite links that allow access to different chats. You can include any public chats, as well as any chats where you have the admin rights to add people. To create a folder, open Settings > Chat Folders on any Telegram app. Select the chats you would like to include and give them a name – your folder will appear as a separate tab in your chat list, like Work or News. Chat folders can have up to 200 chats each – and any chat can be added to multiple folders. To share your folder, long-press the folder name in your chat list and select ‘Share’ – or open the folder in Settings > Chat Folders. This will create a new invite link for your folder. You can choose which of the chats from the folder will become available to the people with this link. However, if you do not want to share your folder with others, do not include or exclude ‘Chat Types’ like ‘Groups‘, ‘Channels‘ or ‘Unread‘.
Custom Wallpapers
You can now create custom wallpapers with your favorite photos and color combinations that can be used in specific chats to give conversations extra personality and make them stand out. To set a custom wallpaper in any 1-on-1 chat, all you need to do is use the “Set Wallpaper” setting from the three dots menu in the chat header on Android or open a profile and tap “Change Wallpaper” from the three dots menu on iOS.
Better Bots
With the latest Telegram update, the bots are able to host seamless web apps, which can be launched in any chat bringing services and utilities to millions of users. When launched in a group, web apps can now support collaboration and multiplayer features for members.
Other Features
Other improvements include fast scroll support for message attachments, which now scrolls at super-fast speeds, just like Shared Media. Further, in groups of under 100 members with topics enabled, you will be able to see what time your messages were read by other group members. Lastly, the latest Telegram update brings improved interfaces. For instance, the Send When Online interface now requires fewer taps. Also, you can create groups without adding members immediately, which is useful if you want to set up permissions and pin a few messages first. Additionally, those owning the latest iPhones will now notice a Dynamic Island animation when scrolling through profiles and info pages on the Telegram app.
